Common Questions

The initial consultation is 45–60 minutes via video call. Dr. Raga takes a complete health history — symptoms, lifestyle, diet, stress, and goals — and designs your personalised investigation and 3-month plan.
After payment, share your screenshot on WhatsApp (+91 8008383699). Dr. Raga's team will confirm your booking within a few hours and share a calendar link to schedule your video call at a time that works for you.
Yes — if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled slot, the ₹500 is fully refunded. If you need to reschedule, simply WhatsApp us and we will find you a new time at no extra charge.
Not required, but helpful. If you have recent blood reports, thyroid panels, or hormone tests, please have them ready to share during the call. Dr. Raga will recommend any additional tests based on your consultation.
Yes. Dr. Raga speaks Telugu and English. Many clients find it easier to explain their health history in Telugu — you are welcome to switch languages mid-conversation.

Absolutely. Dr. Raga consults with women across Germany, UK, US, Canada, Australia, and Singapore. All consultations are online. Payment via Razorpay supports international cards too. Time zone scheduling is flexible.
